11 Days Crawshay's Zebra Safari

This safari will be carried out in South Luangwa National Park and Lower Zambezi National park, Zambia.

TOUR ITINERARY

Days 1-3: Arrive at South Luangwa National Park
Connect to a flight to Mfuwe beside South Luangwa National Park. Drive to Nkwali Camp, beside the Luangwa River and arrive in time for lunch, and this will be your base for 3 nights of exploring the park. Dinners and overnights at Nkwali Camp

Days 4-6: Game viewing
After breakfast, you will be driven a few hours north, to the romantic tented camp of Tena Tena. This will be your base for a further 2 nights. Have a chance to walk or drive while exploring the park. Dinners and overnights at Tena Tena

Days 7 & 8: Transfer to Lower Zambezi National Park
In the morning, you will be taken by road first through the park and then through the villages of Mfuwe to Luangwa Valley's airport. Have a light aircraft to transfer you directly down to Lower Zambezi, where you will be met and taken through the park for 3 nights at Chiawa Camp. Dinners and overnights at Chiawa Camp

Days 9 & 10: Game viewing
After a morning game drive or walking safari, you will return for a late breakfast at Chiawa Camp. Later be transferred to Old Mondoro Bushcamp. Old Mondoro Bush Camp is situated in the middle of the park in a grove of towering winter thorn trees. Dinners and overnights at Old Mondoro Bush Camp

Day 11: Reserved for departure
Transfer to the Lower Zambezi airstrip for your quick light aircraft flight back to Lusaka Airport.
