This safari will start at Victoria Falls, Zambia and end in South Africa. This safari will go from Zambia through Botswana into South Africa include Kruger Park.
Days 1 & 2: Arrive at the Livingstone Airport, Zambia
You will arrive at Livingstone Airport, Zambia and be met by our safari representative. Enjoy the beautiful pool under the trees or relax in the comfort of the stylish lounge. On the following day, have a trip to the mighty Victoria Falls, sundown cruises on the Zambezi River, visits to the village schools and fishing trips. Return to Toka Leya campsite situated on the banks mighty Zambezi River for two overnights.
Days 3 & 4: Transfer to Bostwana
After breakfast, travel from the luxuriant undergrowth that borders the Zambezi to Botswana's sprawling plains. You will cross into Botswana via the Kazangula ferry and then make your way through the Chobe district, where it is common to see migratory elephants along the roadside. Continue to Nata, where you will camp on the edge of the Makgadikgadi Pans, Jack’s Camp. Explore the dizzying expanse of the Makgadikgadi Pans and may be able to spot a meerkat, mongoose or even flamingos here. On the following day, continue to the Polokwane Game Reserve in South Africa where you will camp for the night. One of the attractions must be the frequent sightings of white rhino as well as other game.
Days 5 & 6: Head to Kruger National Park
Proceed to the Kruger National Park and upon arrival, begin your search for the many species of birds, mammals and reptiles that inhabit the Park. The Kruger Park is home to a wide diversity of animals including Africa’s Big 5. Enjoy game drives from your campsite through the park's expansive savannah and rolling hills, with an optional night drive for more animal encounters. You will camp within the park.
Day 7: Drive to the Shangaan Village
After breakfast, drive to the Limpopo Province among the tribal Shangaan. You will explore the village and get insight into the culture and traditions of the local Shangaan people. Take pleasure in a colorful evening of local culture and a scrumptious barbecue dinner in a traditional boma house. Overnight in the village huts
Day 8: Reserved for departure
In the morning, explore Blyde River Canyon, an awe-inspiring sandstone gorge, and then make your way through the Mpumalanga province before ending the journey in Johannesburg.
