Infants 0 - 2 Years: Stay free of charge in a cot
Children 3 - 5 Years, sharing with 1 or 2 adults: Stay free of charge
Children 6 - 11 Years, sharing with 2 adults: Pay 50% of the adult rate
Children 6 - 11 Years, occupying their own room: 1st child pay full adult rate, 2nd child pay 50% of adult rate
Children 6 - 11 Years, sharing with 1 adult: Adult pay full adult rate, child pay 50% of the adult rate
5 Years and younger Children in this age group cannot participate in the regular game drives. Child minders can be booked at the time of check-in, and activities such as videos, coloring-in books etc. are available. Shortened game drives (free of charge) can be arranged, subject to availability of land rover and Rangers. These services cannot be pre-booked. 6 To 11 Years of age Children in this age group will be permitted to participate in the regular game drives, at the discretion of the Lodge Manager and /or Ranger. Child minders can be booked at the rime of check-in, and activities such as videos, colouring-in books etc. are available for children. Shortened game drives can be arranged (free of charge), subject to availability of land rovers and Rangers. These services cannot be pre-booked.
The attractive central area encompasses a lounge, cosy dining room and safari bar that opens out onto a deck boasting spectacular views of the Lebombo mountain range. Close by is the swimming pool, lookout deck perfect for bird watching and the traditional boma (reeded enclosure), where community theatre, good food and good company are enjoyed on warm, fire-lit evenings. Private vehicles, buses or transfers from nearby Nelspruit airport bring guests to the foot of the dramatic mountains, from where Landrover performs the mighty ascent to the lodge, which boasts breathtaking views. The viewing deck of the conference centre boasts spectacular views of the Lebombo Mountains in the distance.
