Arrival/Departure:
Arrival time 12:30 for lunch at 13:00. Tents are ready at 14:00.
Checkout time is 12 noon on the day of departure, but may be extended if the room is not required for occupation on that particular day.

What to bring:
Although the weather is moderate, it is advisable to bring a warm jacket, especially for the game drives. As there is no electricity at the Lodge, it is important to bring charged video camera batteries, shaver batteries, etc. Mobile phone reception is virtually non-existent and guests are consequently discouraged from utilising their phones in the Camp.

Climate:
Temperate to warm, with an annual rainfall or 450mm occurring throughout the year. Winters are chilly and summers warm to hot. Days of sunshine are plentiful.
