    What is the accommodation like?
Accommodation is in their rustic reeded beachcamp, right on the beach. There are 2 ablutions blocks within the campsite.

    Do you supply alcohol?
Tea and coffee is available throughout your stay, but please bring your own choice of alcoholic drinks for the beachcamp. No alcohol or soft drink may be brought to club Da Praia (the restaurant). A selection of both local and imported drinks is available at the bar. R20 corkage fee will be charged per bottle of wine brought to dinner, as they can only stock a limited selection.

    Are meals included?
All meals are included. Any meals forfeited to elsewhere, are not refundable and nor can the meal be kept for consumption the next day, storage space is very limited. Also clients must please inform Dolphin Encounters in the morning of the day they choose not to eat, in order for them not to over-cater.

Do I have to pay for border transfers?

The border transfer cost is built into the full tour package price, however, if clients are staying on a dinner, bed and brunch package then a fee of R100 is added.

If arrivals are running late, please inform Dolphin Encounters in time as it is a good 30 minutes drive to the border. Late clients who miss the pick-up without informing them, will be charged an extra fee of R100 for the second pick-up that must be made.
