A 5-day Safari taking in the sights of Mpumalanga and Kruger National Park.
Mpumalanga area is one of great contrasts, bordered in the west by the towering escarpment with lush indigenous forests, crystal-clear streams and plunging waterfalls, and then falling away into the flat Lowveld indigenous bushveld, home to one of the richest diversities of fauna and flora in the world. Various private reserves and the renowned Kruger National Park are located in this area, time is spent in both the Park and on Drifters' own private reserve bordering the park. Drifter's conduct walking trails and open vehicle drives on their private property.

Malaria precautions are advisable. Contact your doctor/pharmacist for suitable medication. Also bring along Insect Repellent i.e. Tabbard or Peaceful Sleep.
Game viewing on foot is difficult, so we also place importance on some of the smaller aspects of the bush.
Walking shoes/boots should be well-worn and comfortable – no new boots!
It can get very hot so suitable precautions against sunburn should be taken, bring along Factor 30+. Wear shirts on walks as the collar protects the neck, a hat is advisable. No bright colours or whites for walks, neutral colours are recommended.
